These terms apply to your use of this website and to inquiries you send us. Specific vending, micro-market, and consulting engagements are governed by the separate written agreement we sign with each client, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Using this site

The content here is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that every detail is complete or current, and pricing and availability are confirmed in a written proposal.

Proposals & service

Requesting a proposal does not create an obligation on either side. Placement, servicing, pricing, and payment terms are set out in the engagement agreement for your site. For standard placements we own and service the equipment; consulting-only engagements are quoted per scope.

Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By submitting a payment you agree to the amount presented at checkout. Refunds for machine faults or transaction errors are handled promptly per our service commitment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the website is limited, and we are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
